When you interact with our automated SMS service, we may collect your phone number, name, service address, and the details of your service request as provided in your text messages.
Information collected through our SMS intake bot is used solely to connect you with the business you originally called. We pass your intake details (name, address, issue description, preferred callback time) to that business so they can follow up with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties beyond the business you contacted.
Our automated SMS service is triggered when you call a business that uses our missed-call automation. By responding to our follow-up text, you consent to continue the SMS conversation. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Conversation data is retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. We do not store payment information.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing synergyandtrust@gmail.com.
